IT Field Services

IMACD & Workplace Support

On-site IMACD and end-user IT support for offices, campuses, restaurants and retail sites — device deployment and replacement, troubleshooting for users, and go-live support with hands-on training.

IMACD Services

What IMACD means

IMACD stands for Install, Move, Add, Change and Dispose — the routine hardware changes that keep a workplace running. Techzorp engineers carry out IMACD requests on site and close each one with photo evidence and a written summary.

  1. Install

New devices, peripherals and workplace equipment set up and connected.

  2. Move

Equipment relocated between desks, floors or sites and reconnected.

  3. Add

Additional hardware or components added to existing setups.

  4. Change

Hardware swapped or reconfigured to a new standard.

  5. Dispose

Equipment decommissioned, recovered and packed for return.

Go-Live Support

Go-live support and training

New technology only works if people can use it. On our smart locker programme across the United Kingdom, Ireland and Poland, engineers provided go-live support and staff training at restaurant sites alongside the installation itself.

Local-language engineers

Engineers speak the local language on site and work in English with your remote engineering teams, NOCs and project managers — so end users and your central team are both supported.
